Return Policy

At Ecogenix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Here are the details:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through your Amazon account or our support email. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, we will be happy to assist you. Here’s how our exchange policy works:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging(Some products can be exchanged directly, such as tempered glass screen protectors. For a detailed list of exchangeable products, please contact us via email).
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service through your Amazon account to request an exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary shipping information.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Eco-genix's return policy allows you to return the ev charger purchased on www.eco-genix.com within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from eco-genix for any reason.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from eco-genix within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact eco-genix Service Team at support@eco-genix.com.
  • If the reason for the return is not due to the failure of the eco-genix product, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer, and the Restocking fee of 10% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • The RMA number and necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, phone numbers, address, email, purchased date, etc.) must be clearly displayed on the printing template provided by eco-genix Service Team or written on paper by the customer and must be included along with the returned product.
  • Returned products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • Authorization to return does not guarantee credit or exchange. We will issue an exchange or credit upon receipt of the return package.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
  • Products ordered in November and December can be returned before January 31st of the following year.
  • Shipping and handling charges, gift-wrapping fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable unless the return is due to inherent eco-genix product defects. If your order contains multiple products and you only return a part of them, do note that total shipping charges are not refundable. Partial shipping charges are also not refundable.
  • You shall assume all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to eco-genix.
  • If you return a product to eco-genix, (a) without an RMA from eco-genix (b) without all parts included in the original package, eco-genix retains the right to refuse delivery of such return.
